William G. Nyberg, United Homecraft's president, started in the home improvement industry in 1970.  He was followed shortly thereafter in 1971 by his later-to-be business partner, Wayne P. Kaufman, the Vice President of United Homecraft.  These two exceptional men met while they were working for the same company and became very good and long lasting friends.
