	In this remodeling project United Homecraft started with a plain front window with shutters looking out on the customer's garden and statue.
		After discussing various options with the customer, it was decided that this five pane thermal bow window would be the ideal solution to add warmth and openness to the room and a wonderful view of the customer's front yard.

	This dream was of a sunroom addition with a deck around it. United Homecraft met with their customer and devised a plan to best utilize the space available for the maximum benefit and comfort.
The new sunroom has large thermal windows to allow the warm sun in on a cold winter day and lets the customer stay cool in the air conditioning in the summer while watching the birds on their bird feeder.
	This sunroom and deck addition is a real joy to this United Homecraft customer. It has increased the size and beauty of their home, as well as the value now and at time of resale.
